Commercial policy

12.1 The online catalog consists of photographic reproductions of the Products that are merely indicative. Dr-Drums guarantees that the Products delivered to the Customer are free from defects.

12.2 Upon delivery, the CUSTOMER must verify that the delivered Products conform to the order and are free from defects.

12.3 In the event of defects in the conformity of the PRODUCTS, the CUSTOMER must immediately contact the SUPPLIER at info@dr-drums.com or by registered mail with return receipt to the following address: Dr-Drums, via Fabriano, 8 - 63100 Ascoli Piceno (AP) - ITALY.

12.4 The legal guarantees set forth in Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the CONSUMER CODE apply to the sale of the PRODUCTS, therefore:
·      The CUSTOMER has the right to have the goods restored to conformity, free of charge, through repair or replacement.
The CUSTOMER forfeits these rights if they fail to notify Dr-Drums of the lack of conformity within two months of discovering the defect;

Any action to assert defects not fraudulently concealed by Dr-Drums expires, in any case, twenty-six months after delivery of the goods.

12.5 The guarantee of conformity and quality of the goods shipped, offered by Dr-Drums, is strictly limited to compensation to the buyer in the form of a refund, to the exclusion of any other compensation. In particular, Dr-Drums will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages due to a defect in the goods.

12.6 It is understood that Dr-Drums will not consider complaints reported after the aforementioned deadlines.

12.7 Products damaged by improper use, or use other than their intended purpose, or negligence will not be eligible for reimbursement.
