Confirmation of receipt of the order
In accordance with the provisions of art. 53 of the CONSUMER CODE, the CUSTOMER receives, at the time of the Order, by e-mail, the confirmation of receipt of the Order containing a summary of the essential characteristics of the product ordered, the quantity of the order, its price including any shipping costs, the amount paid and an active link to the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE where you can also view the methods and conditions of the right of withdrawal.
Transport and delivery
9.1 The delivery of the Products purchased by the Customer on the Site is carried out by courier to the shipping address indicated by the Customer in the Order. The compilation of the data necessary for the shipment is carried out directly by the Customer, therefore Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery in case of incorrect indication of the data.
9.2 THE PRODUCTS purchased on the SITE will be delivered to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER
9.3 The CUSTOMER has in any case the right to request the delivery of the PRODUCTS to a natural person of his choice, whose residence or domicile is within the Italian territory.
9.4 The signature of an adult over the age of 18 will be required at the time of delivery.
9.5 No deliveries will be made to PO boxes and/or to countries outside Europe.
9.6 For each order placed on the SITE, Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro issues a courtesy invoice for the goods shipped, sending it by e-mail to the holder of the order, pursuant to D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree no. 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the CUSTOMER or at the time of the Order shall be authentic.
9.7 No change in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.
9.8 All purchases will be delivered in ways chosen by Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro.
9.9 Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro is not responsible for delays due to force majeure and/or unforeseeable fortuitous cases.
9.10 Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro will send the CUSTOMER a confirmation email once the PRODUCTS have been shipped,
9.11 Except in cases of force majeure or fortuitous circumstances, the Orders will be processed and delivered to the carrier in a maximum of 10 (ten) working days starting from the day following that on which the CUSTOMER transmitted the Order, unless Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro communicates - within the same period, by e-mail - the impossibility of delivering the ordered goods as a result of the supervening unavailability, even temporary, of the PRODUCTS. In the event of such communication, Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro will reimburse any sums already paid by the CUSTOMER for the payment of the Order
9.12 In the event that, in the face of the communication by Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro of a delay in the delivery date due to sudden unavailability of the products, the CUSTOMER wishes to cancel the order, any amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible, and in any case within the bank deadlines.
9.13 Products not available: In the event that one or more Products ordered by the Customer are no longer available, it will not be possible to accept the Order for the unavailable Products. In this case, Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro will immediately inform the Customer by e-mail. The customer will be able to confirm the Order exclusively for the products available and in this case the contract will be concluded limited to the Products actually shipped. The Customer will not be able to refuse the partial delivery or payment of the goods actually delivered, nor will he be entitled to obtain compensation or compensation, but only to receive the refund of the price corresponding to the unavailable Product(s), where already paid, it being understood that it is in any case subject to the right of withdrawal to the terms and conditions referred to in the following art. 10. Alternatively, the Customer may request the addition of a product instead of the unavailable product. In this case, if the price of the unavailable product is greater than the product chosen by the Customer, Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro will issue a payment request to the customer in addition to your order and equal to the difference between the unavailable product and the one chosen alternatively by the Customer. If, on the other hand, the price of the product chosen by the Customer as an alternative to the unavailable product is lower than the latter, Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro will refund the difference within 30 working days of the conclusion of the Contract.
9.14 The delivery of the Order requires the presence of the CUSTOMER or alternatively a representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the CUSTOMER is required to check that the number of packages in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the package is intact or not altered.
9.15 Any damage to the package and/or PRODUCTS or mismatch of the number of packages must be immediately contested by means of written reservation of control on the proof of delivery of the COURIER. Once the COURIER document has been signed, the CUSTOMER will not be able to object to any dispute about the external characteristics of the delivered package.
9.16 Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro cannot guarantee any taxation regarding delivery times and cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure or damage reported by the contents of the package during transport.
9.17 The Customer guarantees that the personal data provided to Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro a during the registration procedure, or at any other time and/or occasion of his relationship with Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro are complete, truthful and related to the Customer himself and undertakes to hold Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro harmless and indemnified from any damage, indemnity obligation and/or penalty arising from and/or in any way related to the violation by the Customer of the guarantee referred to in this article and/or the violation of the rules on registration on the site and/or On the retention of registration credentials.
Right of withdrawal
10.1 Pursuant to the combined provisions of articles 52 and ss paragraph IV and 64 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 2005/206) and subsequent amendments as well as the provisions of Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21, the CUSTOMER, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
10.2 To exercise this right, the CUSTOMER must send to Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro a communication by the expiry of the deadline indicated above, to be calculated from the day of receipt of the goods, in free form by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to: Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro, via Fabriano 8, 63100 Ascoli Piceno (AP) - ITALIA.
10.3The same communication may also be sent by means of an e-mail account certified by the customer to the address (info@dr-drums.com).
10.4 In both cases, the withdrawal notice must be communicated with an explicit, written statement. Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice is received, Dr-Drums will provide the CUSTOMER with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received at Dr. Drums' warehouses within 14 days of authorization.
10.5 Dr-Drums has the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been returned or until the consumer provides proof of shipment.
10.6 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
· The Customer must return the purchased item, unused and intact, in its original packaging complete in all its parts, along with a copy of the order confirmation and a paper copy of the purchase receipt to Dr-Drums.
· The Customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what would be sufficient to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the item.

10.7 The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer, as well as the risks of transport, are borne by the Customer. We recommend that you carefully pack the goods to be returned and that you use a courier or other suitable means for shipping to allow the traceability of the shipment. It is understood that it will not be possible to obtain any refund if for any reason the relative delivery of the return is not received, so it is advisable to insure the goods.
10.8 The burden of proof relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with the Customer
10.9 In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to return the received goods to Dr-Drums, sending them without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which he communicated his decision to withdraw from the contract.
10.10 The above deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Customer sends the goods back (by courier or insured mail) before the expiry of the period of 14 (fourteen) days.
10.11 The Customer is obliged to return the goods in an intact state of preservation and with original labels not removed, in its original packaging also intact suitable for resale. The Customer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling of the goods other than that normal and necessary to establish the nature and characteristics.
10.12 The right of withdrawal is also excluded, pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, in the case of supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and that have been opened after delivery. Therefore, under no circumstances can they be accepted made of individually sealed sterile products and products intended for contact with the human body in general. Removing the seal or damaging the packaging will without exception result in exclusion from the right of withdrawal.
