Conditions of sale

1.1. "Site" is the website https://dr-drums.com, dedicated to the sale of percussion instruments and accessories in general, as well as related and complementary products.

 

1.2. "Customer" is the individual or legal entity making a purchase on the Site.

 

1.3. “Dr-Drums, with registered office in via Fabriano 8, 63100 Ascoli Piceno (AP) - ITALY

 

1.4. "Order" is the request form for the goods for sale, completed by the Customer via the Site.

 

1.5. "Products" are the goods offered for sale on the Site, pursuant to the General Conditions of Sale.

 

1.6. "Contract" is the distance contract for the sale of the Products, pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale.

Information relating to PRODUCTS susceptible to distance selling through the SITE is available on the SITE. This information shall be provided in accordance with Articles 52 and 53 of the CONSUMER CODE.

4.1 The prices of the PRODUCTS listed on the Site are expressed in euros and include VAT.

 

4.2 Shipping costs are included in the sale prices for amounts equal to or greater than €299.00 (two hundred and ninety-nine.00) including VAT.
For amounts less than €299.00 (two hundred and ninety-nine.00) including VAT, shipping costs are €7.50 (seven.50) for packages up to 3 kg; €9.50 (nine.50) for packages over 3 kg. Terms apply to shipments within Italy. For European territories, shipping costs outside Italy are calculated at the time the offer is sent based on the Customer's geographic location. 4.3 Without prejudice to the fact that the price applied to the Customer will be the one indicated on the Site on the date on which the Order is placed, Dr-Drums reserves the right to modify at any time, at its sole discretion and without notice, the price of the Products, shipping costs and any additional charges, if any, present from time to time on the Site, without therefore providing any guarantee regarding the fact that the selling price of the Products, shipping costs and any additional charges, if any, remain available on the Site or unchanged for a certain period of time.

5.1 The essential characteristics and prices of the PRODUCTS are set out in the offer for each Product.

 

5.2 The SITE is structured as an on-line catalog that can be freely consulted without the need for prior identification.

 

5.3 In order to purchase the PRODUCTS, the CUSTOMER must register for free on the SITE, through a registration procedure at the end of which the system will assign him/her a user ID and password to access his/her personal account, through which he/she will be able to view prices and therefore proceed with purchases.

 

5.4 For registration you will be asked to enter the personal data necessary for the identification of the CUSTOMER, as well as the tax data (by way of example C.F., VAT number, date and place of birth, residence and / or domicile) necessary for the correct fulfillment of the tax charges resulting from the commercial transaction that will be stipulated and finally personal data (telephone number, mobile phone, e-mail) in order to allow the receipt of information about the status of the orders and to proceed with the timely cancellation or modification of orders. 5.5 The processing of the data provided by CUSTOMER is carried out by Dr. Drums - Paolini Alessandro in compliance with the privacy regulations and can be consulted in advance by consulting the relevant privacy policy, made available on the home page of the site.

 

5.6 The CUSTOMER can proceed with the purchase by inserting the products into the virtual cart, continuing to the "checkout" to make the payment by credit card or debit card (ATM) through the NEXI circuit

 

5.7 The CUSTOMER must put the PRODUCT in the appropriate "virtual cart" and, after having read the GENERAL CONDITIONS, with particular reference to the methods of exercising the right of withdrawal and the Privacy Policy, must proceed with the payment.

 

5.8 Before submitting their purchase order, the CUSTOMER will have the opportunity to correct any errors in entering the data by following the appropriate modification procedure contained in the SITE.

 

5.9 In particular, the CUSTOMER has the right to change the quantity of PRODUCTS he intends to purchase by adding or deleting one or more PRODUCTS from the 'virtual shopping cart'.
